Had I seen a few recipes from this book, I would have saved myself a lot of money. The shipping was just as expensive as the book.
The short text on the book (google books) , I do not know who wrote it, but not a person who suffers from the list of problems listed on the cover! Most of the recipes have to be adapted! The author uses red dots, blue dots...to show that this ingredient will be a problem! but it is listed- Butter & milk, or cheese are in every dessert.
