Interesting and quick read. A good reference for those dealing with people who have suffered abuse - these stories can be given to the abused and lead to more open discussions. Less academic than Daugherty's other book, this is worth keeping in the back of your mind (or on your bookshelf) if you deal with survivors of abuse.
