Got a great deal on this surgery text. Sabiston's is one of the bibles for surgical residency. Excellent reference handbook plus the online text is handy when the book is not immediately available. Thanks, overstock.com! ...

When Schwartz was still a two volume book, this was the best book to move around with during med school. A bit complex for a student but there were topics in it that makes this book unique.
