About the author (2003)

Clarissa Hyman won the prestigious Glennfiddich Food Writer of the Year award in 2002. This is her second book for Interlink, the first being the acclaimed Cucino Siciliono.

Cassidy is a London-based photographer and champagne lover. He specializes in food and travel, and his work appears in many magazines.

Barron is a respected cooking instructor and founder of the acclaimed Kandra Kitchen cooking school. She writes about Greek food, wine, and culture for numerous magazines.
