You can't blame her, though. After discovering her boyfriend is boffing another woman, she vows never to get involved again. Instead of resorting to life as a lonely spinster she decides it will be a lot more bearable if she shags lots of strangers and hangs out with her friends. Unfortunately Katie has the undeniable talent of hitting on the only gay man at the party. So when her gay best friend suggests that she marry his Aussie lover so that he can stay in the country, she agrees--what else does she have to do? But just as she starts trying on white dresses, romance comes from the unlikeliest source. Will Katie let the man she loves ruin her wedding day?

i read this book like 5 times, and each time i finished it, i felt as if i was leaving something behind. i felt as if i was Katie and it was my very own life. i totally enjoyed the book through and through. it is an inspiration for me. katie is a very good example of a good friend. i mean, she married one of her best friend's boyfriend in order to keep him in the country so that he can be with the one that he loves. i really wish that every girl would be like katie and help their friends if they need to.
i adore this book and am willing to read it 5 more times
