About the author (1994)

Yitzhak Rabin (1922-1995) was chief of staff of the Israel Defense Forces, ambassador to the United States, and twice Prime Minister of Israel. Yoram Peri was a political advisor to Prime Minister Rabin and Editor-in-Chief of the Labor newspaper, "Davar". He is the author of "Between Battles and Ballots: Israeli Military in Politics".
