i thought it was going to be bigger. it reminded me of encyclopidia,there were foods missing that i thougt would be in there. i have other books id rathe,r that have larger print ,and line out the vitamins and such.still a good book.nice to add to ur collection! Read full review

Murray is regarded as the world authority on natural medicine.
