I hear this book was revolutionary when it came out. I found myself getting bored because I have already heard all this stuff. It shows just how quickly Dawkins's ideas spread. If you enjoy science, you have to read this. Just don't expect to have your mind blown, though. Read full review

Great book written with clarity and enthusiasm. I have a lot better understanding of DNA now and what it does and why it does it. The author's enthusiasm for his subject (zoology) is infectious and his style is friendly but not condescending. Read full review
