Brilliant and easy book. Lots of great varieties and alternatives. The only downside is they sugar content is rather over the top. So I found that I dropped the sugar for each recipe. It had no effect on the recipe just made the cookies more palatable. Read full review

Susannah Blake has written this book for all bakers — from the novice to the experienced. She is a food writer and editor who consults, commissions, project-manages, art-directs, and writes for various books and magazines.
