Annapurna is a collection of dishes from Nalini's childhood memories and the changing food and eating habits she observed in Fiji and other countries of her residence which have embraced the culinary delights of Indian cuisine.

The hub for all these activities being the kitchen, the heart of the home, and not a hidden place where miracles are created.

With a variety of enticing recipes, the book is set in the context of Fiji with a historical view of curries and how the foods travelled from India to its diaspora. A truly gourmet experience.
