Moving and Being - Poems Shown in Stillness

Moving and Being have been at the centre of my life for many years.

The search for my life's purpose serendipitously led me to find like-being people,

a life's work with the breath, and a creative discipline with dance and movement as a way

of bringing stillness into my life, not just on the meditation cushion, but in every part of my life.

This collection of poems and illustrations feels true to me - at the moment - full of tenderness, richness and love.

About the author (2020)

Pamela Bray has been a graphic designer for many years, running her own design company for the past 18. She also dabbles in most of the creative arts. But for the last thirty years or so, she has also immersed herself in what has become a life's work with the breath and its place in dance and movement as a way of bringing stillness into her life. "Moving and Being - a collection of poems shown in stillness" is her first poetry book.
