This book was very informative, and quite helpful when trying to understand addiction and the addictive process. I would highly recommend this book to anyone dealing with addiction themselves, or those who have friends or family that might be going through this. This topic, and maybe even this book, should be required reading for those in high school or really anyone.

I hate "help" people like this. WHEN YOU SAY THAT ADDICTS CAN NEVER GET BETTER AND THATS ITS PERMANENT, IT MAKES IT A SELF-FULFILLING PROPHECY YOU IDIOT. BY SAYING THAT, YOU MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE FOR PEOPLE TO GET BETTER. This book keeps addicts down, avoid it.
