There is a time to buy and hold property for long-term results, and there are times when opportunities to fast-track your returns will present themselves. Readers of this fascinating new book by property expert Peter Mastroianni will learn how to recognise these opportunities and profit from them.

The Property Investor's Buyers Guide is for all investors. Whatever your situation, there is a strategy that you can adapt that meets your lifestyle requirements and risk tolerance. Many investors just don't realise that:
- Property is not a one-size-fits-all investment - there are many approaches to property investing
- You don't need to own your own home to start investing
- You need to invest for both cash flow and capital growth.

The Property Investor's Buyers Guide covers a wide range of important topics often overlooked in other property books, including developing, subdivision and investing in a joint venture partnership.

Peter Mastroianni is the founder of The Buyers Guide, a company that provides mortgage and property investment related services. He is also a co-founder of what will be Brisbane's first residential Managed Investment Scheme. Peter is an Accredited Finance Broker and an active member and participant of Property Investment Professionals of Australia (PIPA), a not-for-profit organisation focused on helping and protecting consumer interests in property investment.
