Although this book may lack relevance, it is an interesting view on medicine that could easily be a supplement to what we commonly know about health. Also, outdated philosophies on life and living don't necessarily mean the practices described in the book itself are outdated and not useful. It describes yoga, the menaces of tobacco and other drugs, and common rules one might live by in order to live a richer life. Very interesting read, if you keep an opened mind and read it recreationally, not for practical use.
