Very Highly Recommended!! Your money's worth every cent of it! Taz is the most conscientious, most caring, most flexible, most approachable and most knowledgeable Personal Trainor you'll ever meet. And this is coming from the most strong-willed and skeptical woman, that's me.. but after her Program, for as little as 2 weeks you can visually see some changes in your body. She will give you support more than you've paid for! I've met some Personal Trainors before but nothing like Taz! She's the Best!! And I won't ever look for anybody else!!! Taz Exclusive! Definitely try her Program, it Works!!!

I known Taz Dunstan now for 2 years. During this time I have benefited from Taz’s expertise as my journey in my lifestyle change .Taz has filled in gaps in my program ,always there to give advise .Her well developed programs get results and takes into consideration everyone is an individual and your particular lifestyle.
These programs are well thought out and gets quick results and keeps your motivation up and running.
This is a total motivation, good training,exercise and nutritional guide..booklet . Well worth a read ,,Its changed my life not just on the outside but also inside. And if interested get in touch with Taz
