This would have to be one of the most disturbing reads I've ever done. I only did so because this book was used the Anne Hamilton-Byrne in her cult 'The Family' that destroyed thousands of lives from 1962 in Melbourne Australia, the US and England. My half brother who was given this book to read when he was a teenager in the early 70's told me about it. I grew up in this cult believing she was my mother only to find out that this was a lie.
She used this book and it's wicked twisting of God's Holy word an ideological framework to present herself as the re-incarnation of Jesus Christ indwelt with the Christ Spirit. This is a blatant lie since Jesus Christ the person died and then rose from the dead three days later. There is an empty tomb that validates His claims of power over death. This ideology based on the lies of the devil and his power wielded through the occult wrapped up in Eastern mysticism draws people away from the truth of man's inherent sin, the vicarious shedding of the perfect blood of Jesus Christ as the only way that God accepts payment for us violating relationship with him. The power of the Holy Spirit is what raised Christ back to life and is available to transform and heal us all as we are baptised and empowered by the indwelling of the Holy Spirit when we repent of our sins and accept the payment provided by Jesus Christ dying to pay the price required to enter into God's presence.
