A STATED MEETING of the Councillors was held in the Medical Library, Boston, on Wednesday, October 4, 1905, at 12, noon.

The Committee on Membership and Finance reported through Dr. Stone. In accordance with their recommendation, it was voted that the resignations of the following be accepted:
