Don't spend your hard earned cash on this waste of a book. Author is way out of touch with current trends, she hasn't been a part of the triathlon circle in years. Just take a look at the books photos ... Read full review

This book is worthless, and the author very lackluster. I can't believe a company published this rubbish. She was a very poor athlete to begin with, and now we are supposed to believe she has all the answers. No thank you!
