Great Book to Have

If you are interested on seeing where you are losing power in your chakras and to just learn more about the chakras this a great book. Caroline Myss does a wonderful job going through each chakra and pointing out some helpful information that can help someone heal. Read full review

This book is nonsense. The information in the forward alone has no clear citation of where the information was found, most likely because it is unscientific in nature.
5/5 would not recommend.
