About the author (2007)

Ms. Pless is a licensed professional counselor, and program director with a non-profit organization in Washington, D.C. Ms. Pless has over twenty-five years of experience "soothing hearts, spirits and souls. It's an assignment from God..." she'll quickly tell you. She is also an alumnus of Lincoln University in Lincoln, PA., class of '92 with a master's degree in human services. Ms. Pless has taken from hers and others lifes' experiences to give us a spiritually reflective, encouraging and sometimes humorous view of "how she sees things." She is a libra, and a native Washingtonian currently residing in the state of Maryland. She has been writing most of her adult life and has been blessed to share her messages of faith, hope, love and spiritual encouragement with others. "It's all about spreadin' a little sunshine," she says. Soon to be released is Ms. Pless' debut poetry project, Messages of the Heart poetry book with its accompanying musical poetry CD in '08.
