About the author (2021)

Christine Ondrla is retired after twenty-three years as the director of religious education at Ascension Parish in Oak Park, Illinois. She has established sacramental programs in various parishes and has introduced the Catechesis of the Good Shepherd into her home parish. She is the recipient of the 2006 Religious Education Excellence Award given by the NPCD.
