As part of an online project on Least Developed Countries (LDCs), the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) highlights Tuvalu, an island group in the western Pacific Ocean. UNCTAD offers access to economic, social, aid, debt, and investment indicators for Tuvalu. Information about the area, population, gross domestic product, maternal mortality rate, and people living in absolute poverty is available. UNCTAD provides an outline map of Tuvalu and an image of the national flag.
