acetate) latex particles with surface sulfate-groups by cationic poly-4-vinyl
pyridine and poly (ethylenimine) hydrochloride. By using conductometric
titrations in several systems, he concluded that the surface charges on the latex
particles were not rigidly fixed and could move to be individually neutralized by
