THE (MENTAL) Ssufferings and death of christ.

1. The last lesson referred to the bodily sufferings of Christ;--what other kind of sorrows did he experience?

3. Relate what took place. Matt. 4: 1-10. 4. How do good men generally feel when they are in the company of the wicked, especially if the wicked tempt them to sin?

5. Do you suppose that the interview which Christ had with Satan was pleasant or painful to the Saviour? Why?

6. How did the Jews generally receive Christ's instructions? John 7: 12. 10: 19, 20. 1: 11.

7. If you were to communicate information, very important for an individual to know, and he, instead of returning you his thanks, should abuse you and call you a deceiver, how would you probably feel?
