Great book! Love the way its been written, short concice points - easy to get through and digest. I have been in sales for 12 years and though I knew it all until I read Ciarans book. Have taken a few good ideas from it - thanks Ciaran, good one.

This is a really simple a practical guide that you can open up at any page and find something that you can implement straight away. Its the only book I actually carry around in my briefcase as a handy reference tool. Brillant.
