it is beyond my capacity to review the work of an erudite such as Dr imran ahsan khan niazi, whose scholarly work is a great source of inspiration for layman like me. I will excuse further comments in the matter of reviewing which I consider myself ill-equipped and dare not to do this.will the doctor sahb elaborate on the permissibility principle that it allows the rulers to supply the deficiency in the legislative field or this principle protects the individual liberty in the domain of mubahat.
