LEACH, A REPRESENTATIVE IN CONGRESS FROM THE STATE OF IOWA, AND CHAIRMAN, SUBCOMMITTEE ON ASIA AND THE PACIFIC On behalf of the Subcommittee, I would like to welcome our distinguished witnesses to our hearing this afternoon.
