Wow. This book is full of invaluable information to anyone who has any interest in martial arts. I'm definately going to have to read this more than once - there's a lot to take in! Well written, & easy to understand though. I was sucked in at the "Tree Metaphor" near the beginning of the book..
Years of study/personal enlightenment & dedication have been put into this book. Esoteric feeling aside, there are many practical methods to be utilised, such as the "Half step followed by an immediate large step"; That's just one of the many pinpoints that has stuck with me, but there is much, much more that would be too long for this review.
To sum up: Awesome book. Highly recommended. Two thumbs up! :D
