I think my timing on this one was poor. Because I'd just read a couple other similar books, a lot of the material wasn't new to me, and this book in particular is extremely slow. Some of it was fascinating, and I remember thinking that some of it applied to my life in exciting ways, but it dragged on for long enough that I can't think of those examples right now and it's been less than a week since I finished.
