i tried to read this, but it was difficult and frustrating. the author would combine genuine insight with sweeping statements that were demonstrably false - asking the reader to do some challenge then being wrong about the result. for me, the final straw came when shown a set of lines and asked to guess the average length, only to be told my response was not "how the hell would I know", but to do it almost instantaneously and that the essentially identical question of " what is the total length" would be much harder
