This is a very long book, a lot of it discusses about the biases that our mind has. The thing that I learned is that our mind has two character: system 1 (fast, intuitive, emotional) and system 2 (lazy, detailed, logical). Our system 1 take control when we deplete our willpower. That is why we tend to procastinate more when I'm depleted (or 'not in the mood'). We need to stop, take a breath, and be mindful when we act, speak, or take a decision, is this System 1 or System 2 that is active, and pick the one best for the situation.
