Thinking, Fast and Slow

The book was full of insights about the ways in which the human mind works and its limitations. The content is indeed enthralling. The author gets us involved by giving examples, asking simple questions and then, proceeding to show the cognitive biases that affect our judgement. It is unsettling at times. Because of the style adopted by the author, the book never feels too pedantic or a dry scholarly work. This book is a valuable resource for those involved in decision-making and quite importantly, for our policymakers.

I had once before reading about the concept of slow and fast thinking. I saw just now that this book talks about it and bought it immediately. Pretty excited to read this. Thanks for the recommendation.
