Thinking, Fast and Slow

This probably the most academic, and the most useful book I've ever read on my life.
The author explains his goals (to improve the water cooler talk at say, an office) and his methods (extensive survey and just enough analysis) very well , his findings are clear.
Daniel Kahneman explores the differences between our fast and slow thinking through surveys and experiments, divided by each bias he feels we have, sub divided into theories and policies and draws his conclusions.
I felt I needed more in the conclusion than he provided, after all this research, some more application would be appreciated.
But still, I'm glad I came across this book, and I'm sure to come back to it again.
