Thinking, Fast and Slow

Great book on a fascinating topic. I am interested in the how the brain works so that I can see how the workings of the brain play out in day-to-day life. For me, and for what I hoped to gain from the book, I felt that it spent too much time on the science and too little on the application. There is absolutely nothing wrong with that and the author does a fantastic job with the science, it all depends on what the reader wants to get out of the book. Having said that, I was able to get what I wanted from the first part of the book. Afterwards, the author goes into detail of why the first part of the book is true.
I highly recommend this book to anyone even fleetingly interested in the cognitive sciences.
