Thinking, Fast and Slow

If you know any decision theory this book will bore you to death. The distinction of systems 1 and 2 is very good but that is about as far as it goes. Most of the probability theory is correct although he does make some blinding errors. There are far too many examples, some of which don't work very effectively and in most cases, although it's easy to see that someone might fall for them, most people will have seen these or similar tricks before and remedy the simple mistake. The repetition becomes ridiculous; this could have been cut down into less than 100 pages and still gotten the message across in sufficient detail.
