what can i say..
he is a genius..
i previously thought geniuses only come in form of physicist, rocket scientist, or capitalist.
he shows me a field that i've almost entirely overlooked.
the realm of human psychology.. especially on how we actually make our decision.
unfortunately for a man with a little (if not none) experience on psychology 101 like me. its a bit hard to keep up with what he brought up in this book.
i mean... he mention the mere exposure effect, ben franklin effect, anchoring effect, endowment effect, availability biases, regression biases, bernouli theory, prospect theory, and so on and on and on..
i might need to read it a couple times to be fully understand all of those (if that even possible).
and also another thing that a bit sad but honest. is the ending..
it's not a spoilers, because it just too commonsense to be hidden..
the way he mention it at the end, that make a bit sad..
he say.. after all.. he himself still prone to make biases on decision. still prone to the anchoring effect, endowment effect. and etc. even when he -his system 2- is know about all those theories.
because after all, our -system 1- is not educable..
