What a great book about thinking! Memory books taught me to pay attention , this book teaches you to put in some effort. Often the "easy" or "intuitive" answer is just the lazy, wrong answer. This book tells us to slow down. Did you really answer the question asked, deeply think about it and check your experience beyond your most recent memory? I really enjoyed listening to is book and hope to take a little more care and engage the slow mind more.
