This is an amazingly useful peek into how our thinking tends to trip us up as much as help us. It discusses a number of studies in detail and in a way that is accessible to the layperson, teaching about things like biases and anchoring that affect our decision-making abilities.

It is long and depending on what your focus is, there might be some parts that are more interesting to you than others, but I recommend reading the whole thing. I think a print copy might be much better than a digital except in the pain of carting it around and the expense. I have a digital version that I got for a bargain price, and my mom has the audio version. I don't think I would find this very easy to get through as an audio book, and it also, for me, seems like a good book to refer back to, which can be tricky in an audio book. This is easily the book I have recommended to the most people last year, and continue to recommend. I'll probably be rereading it soon.
