Thinking, Fast and Slow

Kahneman's insights into intuition and its conflict with rationality and logic are quite revealing, not just about our own minds' ability to fool itself, but how easily it can be manipulated.
While the initial chapters are very illuminating, once one gathers the logic of his argument the majority of the book becomes an opportunity for reinforcement and repetition. Kahneman does continue to present interesting points and statistics to help defend against poorly thought through decisions, which does allows for some continued interest as the book reaches it anticipated conclusions.
