I had to read this book in high school and frankly I thought it was awful. The main character came across as one who could not be happy in the world they were in and anything, no matter how small would upset them in a large way. It was horrible to get through and was not something that I care to read again. I would not suggest this book to anyone who would want to read it for pleasure and feel for those who are forced too.
