Warning : Contains spoiler!
This book is about Charlie's adventure in the Wonka's chocolate factory. Not just Charlie but also other guys like Augustus Gloop, Veruca Salt, Violet Bearegared and Mike Teavee. Those 5 kids luckily get gold ticket for going Willy Wonka's chocolate factory. They see, hear and taste great things. But because of that, they (except Charlie) get in trouble (They get themselves in trouble). They do some things that Willy Wonka didn't expect or he doesn't want them to. Each of them get in trouble, they go out from the factory and finally Charlie becomes the only one who left, means followed instruction well, and really lucky. Charlie becomes kind of successor to Willy Wonka for the chocolate factory.
I think all the kids include Charlie might have learned something by adventuring and looking through the factory. Augustus Gloop might have learned he should learn how to control himself. Veruca Salt's parents might have learned their daughter is too spoiled. Violet might have learned she should stop cling to the gums and records. Mike Teavee might have learned he should stop cling to the TVs and all the electronic devices. Charlie might learned that too much greed cause disaster.
I loved this novel because it was big fun for me. When I read this book, I was sick of same repertories in many books. So Charlie and the chocolate factory was fresh for me. Because I knew that greed cause disaster already, it was just fun book for me but if I was little bit younger than now, I might felt something with fun. So I think this book is really good and Roald Dahl is really good writer.
